Certifications : RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
