JOB DESCRIPTION

Corporate Design Manager

This position is a great opportunity for a Designer that desires to grow within a great industry and company like International Fire Protection. This individual will lead a group of 3 5 fire sprinkler designers by providing knowledge, support, and training. He or she will work closely with the Division Leaders to schedule and coordinate design. This position is responsible for planning and directing the accomplishments of the design department objectives, as well as performing a wide variety of duties required to maintain the efficient, day-to-day operations of direct reports of the department within the office.

The Corporate Design Manager should be a self-starter possessing time management, scheduling, staff management and leadership skills and experience. This individual will both perform and oversee the performance of design and coordination for fire sprinkler systems. There will also be growth opportunities through company sponsored leadership development courses and trainings. This individual will also be required to lead by example.
