Key Responsibilities - Accounting Coordinator

• Process invoices, print checks, and resolve payment issues.
• Manage corporate credit card expense reports and payroll timesheets.
• Liaise with banks and vendors to resolve ACH, wire, and check inquiries.
• Perform month-end close procedures and assist with audits and budgeting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with accounting policies.
• Prepare tax and grant documentation and assist with special event financial support.
