We are seeking an experienced critical care Registered Nurse (RN) to : Provide support from our in-person eICU command center to patients of UW Health, Meriter, Monroe, Freeport, Richland, Platteville, Mauston, Sauk Prairie, Portage and Medford hospitals with acute illnesses as well as management of chronic conditions. Round on an average of 35 patients per shift, admit patients, and respond to changing vital signs via e-care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead practice change while also collaboratively mentoring RNs at regional sites through the mentorship program. Work collaboratively with RNs, a nursing assistant and an intensivist each shift. Nurses on this team have an average of 20 years of ICU experience! See the remarkable work our team is doing!
