Position Overview :

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our team in Brooksville for a physically demanding and fast-paced role on the sand line . This position involves consistent lifting of 30–50 lbs , working in the sand room filling bags , and supporting general assembly line operations. Candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience and forklift experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Consistently lift and move bags weighing 30–50 lbs throughout the shift

Work in the sand room , filling and preparing sand bags for packaging

Assist on the assembly line to maintain efficient production flow

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary (if certified)

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements :

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings preferred

Forklift experience highly preferred; certification is a plus

Comfortable with repetitive lifting of 30–50 lbs

Demonstrates a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Punctual, dependable, and a collaborative team player

Must have a clean background
