This is a tremendous opportunity for a legal professional ready to handle high-value, complex real estate work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Position Overview

The firm represents a wide range of clients including developers, lenders, private investors, REITs, and corporate tenants. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Arizona commercial real estate transactions and be eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate purchase / sale agreements, leases, joint ventures, easements , and financing documents
  • Oversee due diligence , title / survey review , and coordinate closings
  • Advise clients on zoning, land use, and development
  • Collaborate with internal teams on real estate portfolio strategy and acquisitions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate law
  • Licensed in Arizona or eligible for reciprocity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently from start to finish
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines on multiple active matters
