Philadelphia Couples Therapy is a woman-founded, owned, and led doctoral-level group practice with a twofold mission : creating a professional environment for clinicians that is supportive, collaborative, and a true “work home,” and providing the best support possible for couples in all phases and stages of romantic development.
The Role
We are seeking a virtual psychologist to join our growing team. Clinicians can reside in any PSYPACT state. Clinicians will see both individuals and couples via telehealth, and for those interested, may also run virtual groups. Our cutting-edge couples treatment team is sustained through extensive consultation, supervision, and training of clinicians—in addition to genuine enjoyment of our work together.
About Us
Philadelphia Couples Therapy is committed to cultivating a collegial, growth-oriented environment even in a fully remote setting. Our team stays connected through regular group case consultations, individual supervision, and ongoing clinical training. We prioritize open communication, collaboration, and mutual support, ensuring clinicians never feel isolated in their work.

At our practice, clinicians can focus solely on their clients and we take care of the rest. We handle all billing, insurance, and intake scheduling, and provide a consistent flow of referrals so there’s no need for marketing.
