What You Will Do

  • Support customers at key life moments, providing guidance on retirement account options like 401K and IRAs.
  • Educate customers about their retirement plans and help them achieve their savings goals.
  • Deepen customer relationships with Empower.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably inside sales.
  • FINRA licenses or ability to obtain them.
  • Self-motivated with strong sales and customer service skills.

  • Experience with inbound or phone sales.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of retirement products and a growth mindset.

    • This position is remote. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
