Benefits and Details : \nMedical Vision\nLife Dental\n10 Days PTO\n11 Paid Holidays\nAmazing Work Environment\nPRN - Shifts are normally scheduled between 0645 - 1915 and 1845- 0715.\nON-CALL – The employee shall provide on-call coverage for one shift, every 12 weeks rotating\nJob Qualifications \n \nRNs must have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) from an ACEN or CCNE accredited Nursing program\nRN shall have a full and unrestricted license in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia\nmust possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively apply all aspects of the nursing process within a collaborative, interdisciplinary practice setting.\nA minimum of eighteen (18) months of full-time experience as an RN working in a PICU within the last twenty-four (24) months.\nPossess and maintain BLS (Basic Life Support) (American Heart Association)\nPossess and maintain ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)\nPossess and maintain PALS certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)\nPossess and maintain NRP certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)\nPossess and maintain S.T.A.B.L.E. certification (Sugar, Temperature, Blood Pressure, Labs and Emotional Support)
