Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned and charismatic Front of House Manager to lead our team at our upscale restaurant in Easton, PA. You'll be responsible for crafting unforgettable guest experiences, mentoring a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, focusing on exceptional service, staff development, and revenue growth
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among your team
