What You'll Do

  • Perform all forms of respiratory therapy and non-invasive cardiology.
  • Interpret and execute physician orders, individualizing therapy to meet patient needs.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care and home instructions.
  • Manage ventilator settings and perform regular checks.
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
  • Respond to emergency situations and RRT calls promptly.
  • Maintain a clean work area and ensure proper equipment usage.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

What You'll Bring

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications within one year.
  • Strong communication and patient assessment skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

    • Salary, Shifts & Location

    The compensation range for this position is approximately $61,000 to $106,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Peoria, IL, with flexible shift options available.
