Responsibilities :
- Prepare all pastry items as required by the business
- Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
- Demonstrating skills in baking pastries, desserts, cakes and sweets
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
- Applying classic pastry techniques when preparing traditional pastries
- Maintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients
