This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior .NET Engineer in the United States .

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior .NET Engineer to join a mission-driven team building advanced B2B SaaS solutions for nonprofits. In this role, you will design and maintain scalable backend services, optimize API capabilities, and lead platform integrations to ensure a seamless experience for external partners and customers. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver robust, extensible solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of a growing software platform while supporting impactful nonprofit initiatives. This role combines technical leadership, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Accountabilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and databases for cloud-based B2B SaaS applications.
  • Enhance and manage APIs to ensure robustness, scalability, and seamless integration with external systems.
  • Lead efforts in platform extensibility and implement product integrations across the software ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Test, document, and deploy software, ensuring alignment with design and UX best practices.
  • Develop front-end solutions using modern JavaScript libraries such as React or Vue where applicable.
  • Optimize database design and performance, particularly with SQL Server, to support large-scale operations.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in software development with strong expertise in C# and .NET MVC.
  • Proven experience in API development, maintenance, and versioning for integration robustness and scalability.
  • Background in platform extensibility and integrating software with external systems.
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries (React or Vue) and open-source software development.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, UX best practices, and RESTful web services.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and supporting customer and partner integrations.
