What You’ll Do

As the Accounting Manager, your key responsibilities will include :

Designing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Serving as a strategic partner to the executive team with actionable, data-driven insights.

Leading and developing a high-performing finance and accounting team.

Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to support sustainable growth.

Tracking financial KPIs and identifying opportunities to optimize performance.

Overseeing daily accounting operations, including inventory and cost accounting.

Working cross-functionally to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

Maintaining compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry standards.

Anticipating and mitigating financial risks proactively.

What You Bring

A passion for contributing to a company’s growth and success.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA / CPA preferred).

At least 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.

In-depth knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

A proven track record of building and leading strong teams.

Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
