Sales Associate (Miami)

Our client, a high-end contemporary fashion brand, is hiring a Sales Associate to join the team at their store located in the Miami Design District. Candidates must be available to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed. Open to meeting candidates interested in both full time and part time positions.

Job Duties Include :

• Deliver a personalized client experience
• Achieve personal and store sales targets
• Assist with store operations, including POS transactions, restocking, visual merchandising, etc.
• Offer clothing suggestions based on customer needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Resolve concerns as they arise with customer satisfaction in mind
• Maintain merchandising standards by ensuring a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and fitting room
• Build productive relationships with peers
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include :

Salary : $25 - $27 / hr + commission
