Guaranteed Hours per Week : 40

Shift Requirements : M-F 8-530

Float Requirements : occasional travel to central / Northern regions

Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate

On Call / Call-Back : N / A

Weekend / Holiday : PT's rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (the Sat. they work would be given a day off during the week) Saturday only. No holiday.

Minimum Experience : Home Health experience, training working with the adult / geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis.
