- You can operate with minimal supervision using detailed procedures and manuals.
- You thrive on testing — dimensions, performance, and mechanical / electrical / chemical attributes.
- You partner well with engineering and management to define standards.
- You document meticulously and apply SQC methods to the data you collect.
What you'll do
Complete first article inspections using customer-specific forms and capture every detail.Audit processes and operators against specifications in material routings.Use computer printouts and other sources to verify performance and drive corrective action.What you bring
High school diploma or GED and 5 years of related experience / training — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Reliability, initiative, and the ability to plan and execute work across teams.What you won't face here
