Your Role

Lead and work alongside a team of installers on residential change-outs, replacements, and new system installs

Ensure projects are completed with quality, safety, and customer satisfaction as top priorities

Train and mentor junior installers, sharing best practices and technical know-how

Communicate with homeowners in a professional, customer-friendly manner

Maintain accurate records of installations, materials, and work performed

Collaborate with the office and project managers to keep schedules on track

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience , with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role preferred

Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation methods, and best practices

Leadership skills to direct and motivate a team in the field

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
