Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Mid level Litigation Associate. You will work with leading clients in technology and life sciences, gain exposure to cutting‑edge legal issues, and collaborate with top litigation professionals.

IDEAL CANDIDATE 3 - 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on copyright, trademark, trade secrets, consumer class action, and / or complex commercial disputes.

Experience representing clients in high-stakes, complex litigation matters across a range of industries.

Experience working on cases involving intellectual property disputes, trade secrets, consumer protection issues, and business-to-business commercial matters.

Ability to collaborate closely with senior attorneys to strategize and manage all aspects of litigation, from pre‑trial preparation to trial and appeal.

Engage with clients and industry leaders to deliver effective legal counsel.

REQUIREMENTS Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.

Active CA BAR membership or eligibility to waive in.

Detail‑oriented and demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary : $250,000 - $380,000

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance
