Credit & Collections Manager – Gardena, CA

Pay :  $110,000–$120,000 annually | Full-time | On-site | Up to 25% travel

A growing national distributor is seeking an experienced  Credit & Collections Manager  to oversee company-wide credit operations and lead a small, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage credit limits, assess risk, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Oversee collections to ensure timely payments and strong cash flow.
  • Conduct credit reviews, prepare reporting, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of credit and collections management experience (distribution or wholesale preferred).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
