Title : Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney

Summary : We are seeking a qualified Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join a leading organization in the space. The ideal Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney will have a wide range of knowledge on intellectual property matters including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Intellectual Property Litigation Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets disputes.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex IP issues.

Intellectual Property Litigation Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school.
  • Actively barred in the state of residency.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience.
