Care Liaison

A company is looking for a Care Liaison to manage prescription referrals and support patient service programs in various locations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for prescription referrals and manage intake and data entry

Process referrals, inbound faxes, and prepare outbound mail for patients and prescribers

Collaborate cross-functionally to support patient service programs including reimbursement and case management

Required Qualifications

High school diploma

Minimum of 2 years of solid customer service experience

Ability to efficiently navigate multiple screens and systems

Typing speed of at least 50+ WPM with high accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft programs
