Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Service Manager at one of our locations within the South Village Hospitality Team. The ASM will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes to meet business goals at the direction of the Service and Beverage Managers.
Responsible for supporting the Operations Director and Service Managers by managing all FOH team members, ensuring execution of daily standards of procedure, maintaining high standards and conditions, and fostering a positive and humble environment. Ensure the entire space looks, smells, and feels great- lighting, temperature, restrooms, cleanliness, seating arrangements. Be a participating member of the team during required weekly management meetings. Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and proficient in various tech systems including Toast POS, Schedulefly, Triple Seat, Google Drive, InDesign, and Microsoft platforms.
