We lead the industry in design-build / design-assist, pre-construction, commissioning, building information modeling (BIM), and quality control.
We are currently seeking a Union HVAC Journeyman Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment
- Accurately diagnose HVAC system performance through observation, testing, and setup
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and service / installation manuals
- Document service work using company-provided software on an iPad
- Communicate effectively with customers and office personnel to ensure satisfaction
- Manage assigned tasks independently, including time management and necessary follow-ups
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols
