We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team!

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsbilities :

• Planning, provision and coordination of Physical Therapy to Patients of the Agency.
• Evaluating the Patient’s level of physical functioning and to work with the Patient / Family to provide training and / or assistive devices to eliminate or reduce areas of deficit, usually associated with gross motor disorders and functioning.
• Work with other professional staff to establish rehabilitation and maintenance goals and activities.
