What You Get To Do

This role supports key IT and operational systems with a focus on CMMS deployment, SAP integration, user support, and technical training. It manages system access, performs routine maintenance, supports mobile / web tools, and handles data exports and reporting. You will collaborate with R&D on cloud infrastructure and analytics. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background with CMMS and SAP experience, basic Linux and networking skills, and the ability to train users and troubleshoot across platforms. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Digital Services Support : set up user accounts, configure access, deploy and customize CMMS instances, deliver training, perform routine maintenance, provide ongoing support, manage workflows / tickets for agile development, handle data cleaning / transformation / export tasks, and maintain CMMS records for spare parts inventory.
  • APK / SAP Integration : support SAP consignment stock processes and ensure alignment with CMMS.
  • Customer Support : configure / troubleshoot tablets, implement configuration changes, assist with data exports and GRBS tasks.
  • Development Support : provide database access / export support, manage source code access and interface configurations, support data manipulation and application / database troubleshooting.
  • R&D Collaboration : create system instances, manage clusters for testing / development, provide cloud infrastructure and network support, analyze interfaces with KiSoft Analytics.
  • KNAPP Training Responsibilities : train users on KiSoft CMMS, educate on RBS processes / KPIs / reporting, deliver training on tool integrations (SAP, KiSoft Analytics), teach issue resolution, support KNAPP CLOUD training.

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in IT / CS / Engineering or equivalent experience; technical education (HTL) preferred.
  • Certifications (ITIL, SAP, Azure / AWS, CompTIA) a plus.
  • 2-4 years IT support, systems administration, or digital operations experience.
  • Hands-on CMMS experience (KiSoft preferred) including deployment / configuration and user support.
  • Experience with SAP consignment stock processes and related integrations.
  • Proven ability to deliver technical training and create user documentation.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (JIRA, Git) and agile environments; data handling / exporting.
  • Cloud infrastructure exposure (Azure, AWS) and networking basics; CMMS / mobile / web tools proficiency.
  • Basic Linux knowledge; scripting skills for automation; basic networking troubleshooting.
  • Experience configuring / supporting mobile devices; database access and interface configuration.
  • Understanding of system maintenance tasks (cluster restarts, software updates); knowledge of cloud environments and cybernetics clusters a plus; basic Kubernetes understanding and AWX or similar tools a plus; basic programming skills (Python / JavaScript) are a plus.
  • Strong communication, English proficiency (German a plus), analytical mindset, and ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
  • Working Conditions and Environment

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; travel up to 60% may be required.
  • Passport or ability to obtain one; ability to travel domestically and internationally (Austria, Europe, Canada).
  • Standard Monday–Friday schedule; hours may vary; occasional evening / weekend / on-call support may be needed.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other typical office / field duties.
