Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-Hour Nights (6 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Weekend Requirement : Every 3rd weekend

EMR System : EPIC

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1950–$2090 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or Compact State

Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry RN experience

At least 1 completed travel nursing contract

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS

Updated work history / resume

Skills checklist (completed within 1 year)

License verification

Copies of required certifications

1 supervisory reference

Proof of taxable address (driver's license, utility bill, lease, etc.)

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the telemetry unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and vital signs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Float within the same discipline across local hospital campuses as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR

Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, including holiday and weekend requirements
