Responsibilities

• Administrative and Accounting Support : Manage parts reports, work orders, and various administrative tasks, including accurate processing of daily cash, accounts payable / receivable, and sales documentation
• Customer Interaction and Experience : Greet and assist customers both in-person, over the phone, and online with professionalism and courtesy
• Operational Efficiency : Assist with inventory, warranty claims, and CRM processes to maximize sales and maintain compliance with store policies and procedures
