• At least two years of SNF / LTC, Med Surg experience.
• BLS (Must beAmerican Heart Association OR American Red Cross).
• Covid Vaccine.
• This is a challenging location to work at. This need is not for LPN's that may have difficulty handing high paced / stress climate.
• Home / taxable address.
• References - highly preferred.
• Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC.
• License verification.
• Michigan license.
• BLS (AHA).
