Covenant Case Management Services is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Position Overview :

  • We are looking for compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team.
  • In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist clients with daily living activities.  -Assist total care client with bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.  - Assist client by transporting to and from medical appointments - Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences. - Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Caregiving experience -Smoke and drug-free, including marijuana -Tolerant to small pets - Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required). - Ability to pass a background check.

    • Work Schedule :

  • M-Th 6-9 PM, 8A-4P Sat Compensation -$23 / hour Covenant Case Management Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
