Required Qualifications

• Experience :  Proven track record in a dedicated Change Management role, driving organizational improvements and leading others through significant enterprise change.
• Methodology Expertise :  Deep, hands-on experience and proficiency in a major OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Steps).
• Agile Proficiency :  Proven experience working in Agile / Lean-Agile environments, specifically with SAFe PI Planning, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Certifications :  Active certification in a recognized OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Kotter Certified).
• Leadership Skills :  Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, servant leadership, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Communication :  Exceptional ability to clearly articulate complex messages and interact effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills :  Proven analytical and critical thinking skills for conducting assessments and measuring OCM effectiveness.
