Compensation

  • Average annual pay : $64,300.00

Top drivers earn $90,000+

  • Starting pay is based on experience
  • Drivers have plenty of work opportunities to increase their pay

    • Average hourly pay rate : $22.58

  • Average weekly hours : 45
  • Overtime pay after 50 hours
  • Bonuses :

    • $2,000 Driver referral bonus : Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed

  • $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers
  • Up to $650 Quarterly incentive bonus
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

  • Home Time : Home daily & home weekends!
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday
  • Shift : Multiple shifts available
  • Route : Within a 250 mile radius of Channahon, IL
  • Level of Touch : No touch freight

    • Equipment

  • 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks

    • 2-3 year replacement cycle

  • All trucks are automatic transmission
  • Governed speed : 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise
  • ELD equipped with Samsara system
  • Forward facing camera

    • Qualifications

  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have CDL A license
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
  • No DUI / DWIs in last 3 years
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
  • Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • Hiring Radius : Drivers must live within 40 miles of Channahon, IL or be willing to relocate for this position
