General Manager – Fast Casual | Scratch Kitchen | Raleigh, NC

A well-established, high-volume fast casual restaurant group is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at one of its flagship locations. This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while building toward a defined career path into multi-unit leadership as the company continues to grow and expand.

General Manager Benefits & Compensation

Base salary $85,000–$90,000
Attainable bonus structure tied to KPIs
Healthcare stipend
PTO (2–3 weeks, begins accruing after 4 months)

General Manager Requirements & Must Haves

2+ years of General Manager experience in a fast casual environment

Proven ability to drive sales growth through marketing, promotions, and guest engagement

Hands-on leader engaged in both FOH and BOH; able to coach, train, and hold teams accountable

Systems builder – able to design and implement processes where few currently exist

Tech-savvy, with strong skills in scheduling, inventory, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Adaptable, creative, and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced, multi-revenue stream environment

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Scratch kitchen experience with strong attention to quality and consistency

Exposure to catering or retail / market-style operations

Some fast food experience acceptable if paired with polish and focus on quality

Growth-minded, with proven experience scaling operations and developing toward multi-unit oversight
