Sr. Treasury Analyst

The Sr. Treasury Analyst will oversee month end close processes and financial reporting for various treasury activities, implementing financial controls and assisting in daily liquidity management for Polaris. This person will also manage accounts receivable, credit and collections policies and procedures for international distributors and various Polaris accounts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations for treasury related transactions
- Serves as main contact for back-office confirmations for various trading activities.
- Initiate ACH and wire transfers, ensuring appropriate approvals and accuracy
- Administers Polaris global bank accounts and maintains global bank account signatories
- Assist in opening and closing of global bank accounts
- Assist in daily liquidity management including short-term borrowing and / or investments
- Responsible for accounts receivable management for assigned accounts. This includes reconciling account activities, applying cash, ensuring credit compliance and following up past due invoices
- Manages global accounts receivable reserve, with a focus on US business segments
- Processes credit release orders for finished goods, parts, garments and accessories orders
- Assists business teams in the area of credit and collections policies and procedures by monitoring customers' payment history and credit profiles
- Maintains and documents processes and procedures to comply with Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 requirements and drive continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility
- Miscellaneous projects as assigned
Skills, Knowledge & Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in Credit and / or Corporate Treasury preferredStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong knowledge of office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Familiarity with OneStream, AS 400, Kyriba, Billtrust, Fxall, Creditsafe a plusWorking Conditions

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $111,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
