- Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the
- end-to-end release lifecycle
- for infrastructure and application changes across enterprise environments.
- Develop and implement a
- standardized Release Management framework
- that supports scalable, repeatable, and low-risk deployments.
- Lead
- cross-functional coordination
- across Infrastructure, Application Development, Change Management, Incident Response, and Problem Management teams.
- Facilitate
- release planning meetings
- , manage dependencies, and ensure clear communication of timelines and expectations.
- Drive
- stakeholder engagement
- and consensus through Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions and governance forums.
- Monitor and report on
- release performance metrics
- , identifying trends and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance release documentation, including
- release plans, SOPs, runbooks, and training materials
- Support upgrades and configuration of the
- Release and Change modules in ServiceNow
- , ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with
- ITIL / ITSM best practices
- , integrating release activities with broader service management processes.
- Promote a culture of
- accountability, transparency, and proactive communication
- across distributed teams.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with
- 5+ years
- of experience in
- enterprise IT Release and Change Management
- Proven success managing
- complex, multi-team releases
- in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with
- ServiceNow Release and Change Management modules
- Demonstrated
- leadership and team management
- skills in cross-functional, distributed environments.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes (Change, Release, Incident, Problem, Configuration) and their interdependencies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze release metrics and drive process improvements.
- Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification
- is a strong plus.
- Experience with release automation, CI / CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and IT operations metrics.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools such as
- ServiceNow

- Comfortable facilitating large meetings and executive-level presentations.
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams across time zones.
- Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 / hr.
