Vice President of Engineering

A company is looking for a Vice President of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale the software engineering organization, managing multiple teams

Provide strategic technical direction and oversee delivery of engineering initiatives

Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to align engineering priorities with customer needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field focused on software development

12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles

Proven success leading large-scale SaaS engineering organizations

Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud environments (Azure preferred)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including C#, Azure, and SQL Server
