Verrus are partnered with a leading contractor , looking for Superintendents to join their division in Indianapolis, IN .

We are seeking Superintendents ideally with a Mechanical background to help deliver a Data Center Construction project in Indianapolis, IN . This is a unique opportunity to step into the fast-growing data center market without needing prior experience in this industry.

You can be located anywhere in the U.S. provided you can spend extended periods of time at the project location. Candidates based in and around Indianapolis or planning to relocate are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, and oversee activities of Mechanical craft personnel .
• Resource Management : Direct craft and Assistant Superintendent activities.
• Project Planning and Strategy : Coordinate assigned work with the work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
• Risk Management : Support Labor Relations in union communications, monitor craft adherence to safety protocols.
• Team Leadership : Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and planning.
