The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on Leasing Manager to lead and grow our residential leasing operations. This role is responsible for managing a team of four leasing agents and one marketing coordinator , while also jumping in personally when neededwhether thats taking calls, showing properties, or closing a lease.
The ideal candidate is both a strong leader and a roll-up-your-sleeves problem solver, capable of balancing people leadership with daily execution. This is a go-getter position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, motivates a team, and keeps occupancy and tenant satisfaction consistently high.

What You'll Do
Leasing & Occupancy
- Oversee and directly participate in daily leasing operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
- Jump in on leasing calls, property showings, and negotiations when needed.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 4 leasing agents and 1 marketing coordinator.Conduct weekly one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance evaluations.Hold the team accountable for leasing KPIs while also modeling high performance.Tenant Relations & Customer Service
Ensure tenant inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.Step in on escalated tenant concerns or disputes.Drive tenant satisfaction and retention efforts.Marketing & Outreach
Guide and support the marketing coordinator in executing campaigns.Partner with the leasing team to create market presence and outreach strategies.Adjust marketing approaches based on occupancy data and competition.Administrative & Financial
Manage leasing documentation, agreements, and renewals.Track leasing performance and generate reports for leadership.Recommend pricing adjustments and contribute to budget planning.Property Oversight
Conduct property walk-throughs and inspections.Partner with maintenance and property management teams to resolve issues fast.What Were Looking For
3-5 years of experience in leasing or residential property management.Demonstrated success managing a leasing or sales team.An active Real Estate License (required).High energy, proactive, and willing to jump in as needed.Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.Tech-savvy with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, etc.) and Microsoft Office.Why Work With Us
