Job Duties

The Dietary Manager directs and coordinates all aspects of the dietary or culinary services department. The Dietary Manager ensures compliance with established policies and procedures as well as state-mandated standards for dietary / culinary services. The Dietary Manager consults with the dietitian consultant as appropriate to ensure that all clients' nutritional needs are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a 90-hour state-approved course in dietetic services, if required by regulatory agency management, or must complete in one (1) year.
• Must have a minimum of one year of dietary / culinary and supervisory experience in an extended care facility.

The 40-bed Selma MHRC's innovative programs are based on Crestwood's commitment to providing mental health clients with a continuum of care that puts them on the road to recovery. The mission of the Healing Center is to provide an alternative to traditional psychiatric care through collaboration, empowerment, a healing environment, peer providers, family partners, and a recovery-oriented milieu. The Healing Center provides the structure and support to promote stabilization and foster recovery. Our goal is to restore a sense of hope, self-empowerment, and realized recovery potential in each of our clients.

Pay Range : $34 - $44 USD
