As one of the fastest growing SAAS companies in the world right now, Enable is looking for a motivational and value driven professional with a proven track record of excelling within solutions consulting.

The Solutions Consulting function at Enable is a little different. In addition to technical knowledge, your team will be relied on to support in business value and rebate strategy conversations with prospects and customers.

Your Role

Manage the day to day operation of the N.A. Solutions Consulting function, including :

• Coordinating the SC resource in response to regular requests from Sales.
• Collaborating with relevant teams, such as Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, driving a culture where impact and performance are paramount.
• Ensuring your team have the support they need to perform their roles.
• Providing support in prospect calls.
• Attending (or delegating cover for) weekly forecast calls.
• Lead, develop and mentor your team to be world class value driven industry experts.
• Develop a strategy for your team that helps Enable reach its organizational growth goals.
• Support your team in striking an appropriate balance between a) quality and speed and b) short and long-term priorities.
• Help to define, and where appropriate, own goals and OKRs.
• Support the go-to-market strategy and ongoing release cadence for key product initiatives.
• Continue to grow your team's consulting skills through group instruction and individual learning.
