Your Role... ReSource Pro is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Intern Analyst to join our Development team.
In this role, you’ll provide Tier 1 technical support to help triage, test, and document incoming project-related tickets.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment, learning how to identify, replicate, and communicate system issues that impact business operations.

- In this role you will… Monitor the Development support inbox to identify and categorize new technical requests.
- Perform initial testing and issue replication to support troubleshooting efforts.
- Document testing results and communicate clearly with internal teams and ticket requesters.
- Collaborate with the MIS technical team to ensure smooth ticket handling and resolution.
- Support communication and help maintain a positive end-user experience.
- What You’ll Learn How to manage and prioritize incoming technical requests in a professional environment.
- Basic troubleshooting and testing methodologies used in IT and software development.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.
- How structured workflows and documentation improve service delivery.
- What you need to be successful… Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program (any major welcome; IT, Computer Science, or Business preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and logical problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or help desk support a plus, but not required.
- Your Compensation… Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro.
- Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees.
- This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $10.88-$23.15 per hour.
- The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
