What You’ll Do as a Project Safety Specialist :

Walk the Walk : Lead daily site inspections, safety walkthroughs, and real-time hazard assessments.

Own Compliance : Enforce MBA, client, and subcontractor safety policies and verify daily permit and JHA completion.

Train and Equip : Lead toolbox talks, and support ongoing safety training.

Drive Documentation : Keep digital safety reports, forms, permits, photos, and logs accurate and up to date.

Support Incident Response : Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and full incident reporting.

Partner in Planning : Work closely with the Project Safety Manager and project team to align fieldwork with safety expectations.

Champion the Culture : Promote accountability, good housekeeping, and a safety-first mindset every day.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have :

3–5 years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.

OSHA 30 Certification (required); CHST, CSST, or CSP strongly preferred.

Solid working knowledge of excavation, cranes / rigging, fall protection, confined space, and site-specific hazards.

Strong communication and leadership presence in the field.

Experience with Microsoft Office and safety reporting tools.

First Aid / CPR / AED certifications (preferred).

A valid driver’s license and ability to be physically active on job sites.

Compensation & Perks :

Base Salary $80,000 – $110,000 DOE
