Medication assessments and follow-ups with flexible appointment scheduling.
Client allows 1.5 - 2 hours for initial assessments and 30-45 minutes for medication follow ups, depending on clinical complexity.
Case management support in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Ongoing symptom management
- Licenses, certifications, requirements : CA license, DEA, clean background and Board Certification
- EMR system
- Pay rate : $265 / hr. all-inclusive (includes travel, etc. needs)
