Staff Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning systems from research through to production at scale

Lead the integration of state-of-the-art research and models into robust production pipelines

Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and develop adaptive ML products

Required Qualifications

Proven track record with end-to-end ML systems in production settings

Expert-level experience in advanced model fine-tuning and LLMs

Deep expertise in RAG systems design and graph-based architectures

Applied knowledge of Reinforcement Learning techniques (PPO, DPO, GRPO)

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with neural networks and inference frameworks
