Your Mission

As a Sales Development Representative you will do more than just set appointments — we need someone who can strategically qualify leads, break through the noise, and open doors for our SaaS sales team. We are a fast-growing SaaS + automation company backed by a 27-year marketing powerhouse.

Desired Skills

  • Some experience as an SDR or outbound sales role.
  • Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.
  • A hunter’s mindset : you get excited about chasing new business and don’t stop until you get the meeting.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work Hours

  • Full-time in-office position
  • Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch

    • Compensation

  • Pay starts $21 / hr + bonus opportunity!
  • Opportunity to be promoted to SaaS Sales Rep where pay ranges from $80k to $200k per year

    • Requirements

  • Grind daily : phone calls, email cadences, LinkedIn outreach, and even direct mail — you use every tool in the toolbox to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads using thoughtful discovery.
  • Set high-quality appointments that convert into real sales opportunities.
  • Track interactions, progress, and outcomes in our CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve targeting.
