Job Description
Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety protocols. Collaborate with project teams to maintain safe working conditions. Lead safety orientations and ongoing training for field staff. Investigate incidents and promote a proactive safety culture. Develop site-specific safety plans and support client safety requirements. Participate in corporate safety initiatives and committees. Advise teams on regulatory standards and best practices.

The Successful Applicant
5+ years of safety experience in civil construction. Bilingual (Spanish / English). OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications required. Background in skilled trades or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of day-to-day construction operations.
