The RN assesses and evaluates patient conditions, then plans, implements, provides, and documents patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards and outlined practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and readies them for physicians.\n
• Performs telephone triage, patient education, handling of physician phone calls, and pharmacy calls.\n
• Takes vital signs, records medical history / symptoms, and ensures medical chart / lab test results are available and complete.\n
• Administers immunizations and minor treatments as prescribed.\n
• Respond to patient questions and concerns as a liaison between physician and patient.\n

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program through the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).\n
• Two (2) years of nursing experience.\n\nSenior Level : \n
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program through the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).\n
• Four (4) years of nursing experience.\n
• Substitution : A combination of education and related technical / paraprofessional experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (All Ranks) : \n
• OBGYN Nurse experience.\n
• Two or more (2+) years registered nursing experience in a procedural / OR setting.\n
• Two or more (2+) years of job-related / clinic experience.\n
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking.\n
• Moderate sedation experience.\n
• Nursing certification (ANCC) in specialty area.\n
• Strong organizational and communication skills.\n
• Kronos / EPIC experience.\n\nConditions of Employment : \n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross healthcare provider level CPR certification.\n
• Registered Nurse (RN), State of Colorado.\n
• Maintains all required licensures and certifications for the position.\n
• Maintains all required continuing education requirements.\n
• Must be able to work in person.\n
