Job Description

Are you a strong closer who thrives on building relationships and solving real customer problems? We are looking for motivated Account Executives who are ready to move fast, serve customers, and help drive our continued growth.

We are a growing company in the heavy equipment industry. They specialize in aftermarket, used, and rebuilt parts—helping customers keep their machines running with minimal downtime.

What You’ll Do

  • Convert inbound customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle : follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
  • Use NetSuite CRM to track interactions, quotes, and pipeline activity.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred), phone, and email sales.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • (Preferred) Experience with construction equipment, industrial parts, or heavy machinery.
