We are pleased to partner with this respected mid-sized law firm is seeking two Commercial Litigation Attorneys with 4–10 years of experience to join its expanding team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing complex commercial disputes, conducting discovery, and drafting persuasive motions and briefs. Experience in chancery practice, health law, or construction law is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Conduct depositions, discovery, and legal research.
Represent clients in court hearings, conferences, and trials.
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies.
Deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice tailored to client needs.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New Jersey required; admission in New York preferred.

4–6+ years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.

State and federal court experience.

Strong writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity.

Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset.

Competitive salary range of $150,000 – $200,000, based on experience.
