About the Role :
As a Senior Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will be a critical member of the Commercial team, supporting data-driven decision-making that shapes our overall growth strategy. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to analyze performance, identify new opportunities, and recommend strategies that drive revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen our competitive position.
This is an on-site position based at JSX Headquarters in Dallas, TX

A Day in the Life : You’ll be…
- Leading and supporting analyses to inform strategic decisions across a wide range of Commercial focus areas, including network planning, revenue management, marketing, and customer experience
- Collaborating with the Manager of Commercial Strategy to maintain and enhance internal analytics reporting
- Working closely with the Customer Experience team to drive promotional strategies
- Using internal and market data to inform strategic decisions and identify performance trends
- Analyzing route and flight-level performance to recommend changes in frequency, timing, or market presence
- Performing market analysis to uncover new route opportunities and evaluate seasonal demands
- Taking initiative to recommend process improvements and contribute to Commercial strategies
Additional responsibilities include :
Developing business cases to support new initiatives.Creating dashboards and reports to share insights with stakeholders.Supporting ad-hoc analysis as required by leadership.Why You’ll Love This Role :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Math, or related field.3-5 years of experience in commercial strategy, business analysis, consulting, or related analytical role.Strong Business Acumen.Ability to analyze complex datasets and connect findings to operational, financial, and customer outcomes.Strong proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Office with the ability to translate data into business insights that inform strategy and decision-making.Experience working directly with leaders across functions to understand business challenges and co-develop solutions.JSX is unable to provide current or future employment-based visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, or similar). Strong understanding of Aviation / Travel Industry market dynamics, economics, revenue management theory, and data modeling / forecasting.Pay & Perks :
Compensation is between $75,000 to $85,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
